Our team is proud to live, work and play in the Bow Valley, including the communities of the Town of Canmore, the Town of Banff, Lake Louise Village, Municipality of Big Horn, Kananaskis Country, and Yoho National Park in BC.

Rocky Mountain Outlook’s 2022 Best of the Bow
ACS was honoured to be awarded two of the Rocky Mountain Outlook’s 2022 Best of the Bow: Reader’s Choice Awards.
For the fourth year running, ACS placed first as Canmore’s Best Renovation Company, and for the first year, ACS was also awarded Canmore’s Best Building Developer.
ACS University
ACS is passionate about lifelong learning! Each quarter, the ACS team meets to learn at the ACS University. Topics include a range of subjects, from health and wellness to technical aspects like pouring concrete and mechanical systems.
ACS also has an in-house library. Housed in our Operations Centre in Canmore, Alberta. The ACS library contains a wide variety of books, from technical trade references to inspiring management concepts. The books are available for team members to borrow and read.
ACES Awards
The sought after ACES Award is given out to team members who go above and beyond to live by ACS’s core values. Each quarter, the ACS Team celebrates our most important assets, our people.
The ACES Award is used to recognize team members who demonstrate our core values of happiness, relationships, honesty, accountability, and passion.
Team Building
Spending time and having fun together as a team helps us lean into our core values. Part of the secret to our success is making time to celebrate our incredibly hard working team. Bonus, our team loves to spend time together.
