Valbella Gourmet Foods, Canmore

A new addition and full interior renovation transformed Valbella Gourmet Food’s original deli into a modern, customer-focused destination. The project expanded the deli’s production and retail space while creating a dedicated 3,000 ft² café, giving each area room to thrive.

Established in 1979, Valbella Gourmet Food’s has been a Canmore staple for over 45 years, crafting and selling a wide range of meats and deli products. This renovation brought the facility into the modern era while honouring its long-standing reputation for quality and community.
