Ashton Construction Services was engaged to manage the pre-construction and construction of a the new Silvertip Market within the Silvertip Clubhouse. This interior renovation transformed a pre-existing space into a high-end marketplace offering fresh produce, baked goods, select wines, non-perishables, and a pizza oven, all within a comfortable eat-in setting overlooking the resort.
The project required seamless coordination of permitting, trade management, and select self-performance by the Ashton team to deliver a polished, sophisticated finish. Key design elements included vaulted ceilings, expansive windows with stunning views, and the thoughtful integration of wood, neutral stone tones, and marble counters to complement the clubhouse’s existing interior.
The ACS team ensured a smooth process and a refined result, providing a welcoming and functional marketplace that blends seamlessly into the resort’s luxurious atmosphere.
“ACS managed two projects. The first project was the renovation of our golf pro shop and the creation of the Silvertip Market and Bistro. ACS did a wonderful job of managing trades, dealing with the architect and making the always needed adjustments to what was designed and what needed to be constructed. The second project was the renovation of our administrative offices to add a marketing centre. This required removal of existing walls, redecorating the space including paint and adding back in walls and trim. It was time-sensitive, and the ACS team managed to balance the timing of sub-trades to get the project completed on time and well within our budget.
