After successfully managing the exterior renovation and division of 733 Main Street in downtown Canmore, Alberta, the space into two separate tenant entities. Ashton Construction Services was engaged as the Construction Manager for the interior tenant improvement of one of the two units for the Shoes t’ Boot retail store. Collaborating closely with the owner, the ACS team delivered a fully finished retail space tailored to their needs.
The scope of work included securing the necessary permits for project completion, as well as managing the installation of the unit’s mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC, and lighting. The ACS team ensured that every detail met the highest standards, resulting in a functional and visually appealing retail environment ready for business operations.
This project reflects our team’s expertise in seamlessly transitioning from structural modifications to interior fit-outs while maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the process.
