Ashton Construction Services managed the commercial construction of The Sensory Restaurant, an elegant two-story fine-dining destination located at The Shops of Canmore. Designed to provide a unique sensory dining experience, the restaurant combines sophisticated interiors with a focus on transforming locally sourced ingredients into culinary artistry.
The project required meticulous attention to detail to bring the vision of this upscale restaurant and lounge to life. From the modern design elements to the functional flow of the space, every aspect was carefully executed to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that elevates the dining experience.
The ACS team provided full-service construction management, coordination with designers and architects, trade and material sourcing, as well as oversight of fine finishes and detailing.
