Ashton Construction Services was hired to assist with the Pre-Construction Management and Construction of Banff Trail Rider renovation project for Boons (Barn).

Working in collaboration with Montane Architecture, this extensive renovation project required coordination with the design team, the Town of Banff and Parks Canada. The barn renovation includes extensive structural changes to the interior and a complete rework of the floor plan to provide functional spaces for critical operations. This space was for their ponies & their people.

Exterior upgrades include civil works and utilities to the location. Water and sewer were not previously supplied into the building until now. Through this, the staff now have functional washrooms, a staff kitchen, a full commercial kitchen, and water supplied directly into the individual horse stalls.
