ACS was contracted by Lake Louise Ski Resort to address the ongoing housing shortage in the Bow Valley by breaking ground on a new employee accommodation. Located within the township of Lake Louise, this project features a two-story building with 10 units, offering two- to four-bedroom layouts.
Each unit includes a private entrance, kitchen, and communal living space, while the four-bedroom units also feature a balcony overlooking the natural landscape. The project required extensive shallow and deep services, including connections to existing infrastructure.
Our team demonstrated expertise in managing new builds in Lake Louise, efficiently coordinating trades and materials to deliver the project on time while adhering to Parks Canada regulations and permitting requirements.
