This office renovation project shows what’s possible when sustainable design meets creative problem-solving. The project combines separate offices for each organization, along with a shared kitchen, bathroom, and boardroom. This small-office transformation prioritized sustainability from the ground up, with the majority of materials repurposed and reused to reduce waste, and minimal new materials.
ACS was engaged to manage the construction in collaboration with Nest Design & Drafting Studio, transforming a single large office space into two functional units for local non-profit organizations.
Nest Design worked closely with both clients to create a design that met the needs of each organization, while ACS oversaw the permitting process, coordination with the building owner, procurement, subcontractor selection, and on-site trade management.
