Awarded to Ashton Construction Services (ACS) by Canmore Community Housing in 2023, this project involves the design and construction of multi-family homes in collaboration with Montane Architecture. ACS aims to support the development of affordable and suitable housing for Bow Valley locals.
The Ptarmigan Pointe project includes the construction of 1- to 3-bedroom units, parking stalls, and shared common amenities, progressing in three phases. ACS was brought on as Construction Manager, overseeing extensive pre-construction planning to ensure value engineering and budget adherence. The project also requires coordination with governing bodies, including the Town of Canmore and Three Sisters Mountain Village, as well as on-site trade management.
