Located in Solara Resort & Spa, in Canmore, Alberta, Take a Hike Market (TAHM) was a new build, tenant improvement project in a leasehold space that had not been occupied previously.
Our team collaborated with TAHM’s owners and design team, including the interior design and engineering teams. Our superior technologies and systems allow us to streamline communications with leaner and more efficient project times and budgets. This allowed us to stay within the set budget while still maintaining their dream vision.
Construction of this project consisted of building a high-end commercial kitchen and front of house fit-out. The technical aspects of the building required our team to coordinate with all parties, including the building owner and maintenance staff at Solara Resort, the building tenants/condo board, PEKA Professional Property Management Ltd, the design team, TAHM owners group, and all our amazing local trade partners.
