When Eclipse Coffee Roasters embarked on the renovation of their new commercial space in Dead Man’s Flats, ACS was proud to partner with them on their third location.
This project involved a complete café fit-out, designed in collaboration with Nest Design, and included the installation of a full kitchen and bar, extensive millwork, and detailed tiling. Additional scope included tying in exhaust systems for the kitchen, sprinkler system modifications, and finishing the floors with polished concrete.
As Construction Manager, ACS provided comprehensive pre-construction services, permitting coordination with the MD of Bighorn, and seamless trade coordination to ensure the project’s success.
Having previously worked with ACS and Nest Design on prior locations, Eclipse trusted the team once again to maintain their brand’s aesthetic and deliver consistent, high-quality results for this exciting new space.
