Our team was engaged by a KFC Canada franchise to provide comprehensive construction management services under a CCDC 2 fixed-price contract. The scope included demolition, trade coordination, and value engineering, all aligned with a clearly defined set of project requirements.
We managed the full permitting process, coordinated all subcontractors, and oversaw daily on-site operations. Key elements of the build included the installation of a grease pit, an appropriate air handling and ventilation system, and a complete commercial kitchen. Additional work covered new flooring, exterior siding, custom millwork, and interior finishes.
All materials and finishes were selected to meet KFC franchise standards. Despite challenging market conditions, we conducted extensive research to source compliant finishes that met both aesthetic and budgetary expectations.
