The Ashton Construction Services team completed a comprehensive three-in-one project. This included exterior building renovations and two full turnkey tenant improvement projects: Fergus & Bix Restaurant and Shoes t’ Boot.
The project scope encompassed a full interior demolition, splitting the existing space, installing a new roof, extending the building envelope, and incorporating timber framing. ACS served as the general contractor and provided expert construction management throughout the entire project.
