Mary’s Popcorn expanded to a second location in the Bow Valley, Spring 2026. This popular gourmet popcorn shop opened a new retail store on Main Street in downtown Canmore.
Already a hit with three thriving locations in Quebec, one in Lyon, France and one in Banff, this new shop marks Boutique Mary’s Popcorn’s sixth store for this successful, growing brand.
The ACS team collaborated with Nest Design and Drafting Studio to coordinate the design of this commercial space on Main Street. Project scope included permitting with the Town of Canmore, Alberta Health Services, the local fire department, and the building’s condo board, as well as procurement, trade coordination, and site supervision.
Construction of this tenant improvement was completed from demolition through to closeout, delivering a full turnkey project for the client.
